So much as taken place on the building of this ADU since last September 2022. The location for this ADU is so unusual and peaceful despite the fact it is off a highly traveled road. This charming home is located below the road and is nestled among different varieties of Native Oak Trees, as well as Buckeye Trees and a creek surrounding parts of the property. The construction obviously took much longer than anticipated due to a large variety of reasons and of course the weather. So now I’m finally able to show so much progress.
Please notice the new road to enter the property that now goes behind the home. This work was expertly performed by Cliff Swisher Custom Concrete as well as all the concrete work on the property.
The parking area is constructed with Basalite Old World Pavers and was installed by DPG Construction making this driveway area so attractive.
The top half of the ADU is so unusual because the finish is Exposed Aggregate Stucco. This gives the new building and “old world look”.
The face of the lower part of the ADU has the “old world look” made of Brick while trying to match the existing brick on the historic building on the property. DeKoven Masonry made this all look so beautiful and artistic!
